New President

We have a new President for 4 more years. He will be our 44th President. Now a couple reasons why I am writing about this. For one I was flipping through channels yesterday and stopped on The Oprah Winfrey show. I wanted to hear what she had to say about Barack Obama. I am not in favor of having him as our President because I did not agree with a lot of what he is about. I was watching the show and Oprah had on Will Smith. Now everyone loves him for his movies and the Fresh Prince of Bel Aire. In fact I liked that show so much I have it as a ring tone. He said something that I loved on that show and Jim Brown(Football Star) also said that young African Americans do not have an excuse anymore. They have seen a black man become President. I thought that was a great line and the most truthful thing that I had heard. I am a Republican and often vote that way. But maybe just maybe something good will come of this, a black man becoming President of the United States. The next 4 years will be interesting for a lack of a better word. So we will see and hopefully not regret the decision.
