Points, Points and more POINTS!!!!!!


I am a little might you say overweight. Have been pretty much my whole life. So my wife put me on the idea of doing points. I have tried it a couple of times and have had no success, but only because I haven't tried it enough. Or given it enough of a try. This time will be different. I was 325 pounds about 6 months ago. I wasn't feeling very good about myself. I had drank a lot of caffeine, I mean A LOT. So now all I drink is water. No caffeine for me. I lost 25 pounds in that time. Now that felt great to get on the scale one day and be 25 pounds lighter. So I have gained 7 pounds back and do not want the weight. So I am doing the points and hope that it goes well. I have to be around for when my son needs me. He is 7 going on 8 and thinks he knows everything, so I have to be here when he needs me. I want to be here to coach his sports teams. I want to be here to give him advice and love. So losing this weight will make me accessible to him for the rest of my life. I also want to be here for my wife, whom i love so much. I love my family and am so happy with my life. But would be even happier 50-60 pounds lighter.
